Mike the Monkey is approx
8 1/2 inches tall when finished and is fun to make. All pieces stitch
in the hoop! 5x7 or larger. His hat and scarf are included
designs.
The face shading and other embellishments are created using decorative
stitches and assorted colors of thread.  |
Lizzie the Ballerina Mouse measures approx 13" when finished. All body
parts fit in the 5x7 hoop. She is stitched out above in cotton print
and a border print polar fleece for two very different looks.
The details of her ears, hands, feet and face are
included in the embroidery design. Add buttons for eyes and a nose and
she's ready to go.
She comes with a Mouse Dress for when she isn't a
ballerina. |
These adorable stuffed animals are
from the 1940's. There are two main
pattern pieces for the stuffed animal toys, (front and back). A few have ears that are sewn on.
Finished size approximately 7". The seam allowance is part of the
design. Needs 5x7 stitch area or larger.
Each animal design
is also an embroidery appliqué. All steps of the appliqué are in the
hoop!
The embroidery stitching
creates the detail stitching to look like the backstitch that was used for
hand embroidery during the mid 1900's.
